Description This apartment has been completely refurbished; it has a separate bedroom, separate kitchen with access to the living room, whit a fully equipped kitchen, and TV. It is an interior apartment located on the basement. It is located in a typical building in the old quarters of Madrid and it has been completely refurbished giving it a feel of antiquity and modernity at the same time.
There are one double bed and 2 single beds. There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge which can accommodate 2 more guests, plus another extra bed for a seventh person.

This apartment is in a great location, less than 50 metres of the subway station " Latina " and about some minutes of the station "Tirso de Molina", which is to 1 station of the "Puerta del Sol" (heart of Madrid).

NotesThis appartment is also ideal for visiting the most symbolic places walking, as " Plaza Mayor, el Palacio Real, the market "Rastro" market every Sunday till 3 hours pm.

Reservation PolicyYou shall notify by e-mail your personal data (Name, address, telephone and Passport number)and the exact period you would like to book.

After the booking confirmation, you need to pay (in EURO) 150 as a security deposit to cover any potential damages caused during the stay at the apartment.

At the end of your stay, we give this key deposit back, dicounting a cleaning fee;

5 up to 8 pax: Eur 75.00

Cancellation PolicyCancellations or modifications of your stay should be made AT LEAST 7 DAYS before your expected arrival date.

If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.

Deposit / booking fee is NON-refundable.

The outstanding balance is due on arrival BY CASH.

Keys are delivered between 10:00 and 19:00.
