Description The villa is situated between Marbella and the port of Puerto Baņus on the Golden Mile. The sea front is 300 m away. Situated on a small hillside there is a Panoramic view of the sea. It is in a nice quiet area. Traffic passing is minimal. There are shops nearby including a small supermarket. The garden covers 1600 mē Mostly lawn and patio. It is maintained all year round and is totally enclosed by wall and hedge. The garden and pool are very private and only for the use of the tenants of the villa. Inside there is a large living room with fireplace, four bedrooms (3 with twin beds and one with a double bed) each with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with toilet and two shower rooms with toilet.
