This fully-furnished, two-story house has fenced in front and back yards with outdoor shower for after-beach use. It is located just one block from the beach and 8 blocks from the train station. You can easily catch a ride into Sitges for dinner just 15 minutes by train or go into Barcelona and spend the day at just 45 minutes by train.

The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, stove top, oven, microwave, and washing machine. The living-dining area has a television, 4 lounge chairs and a table that seats 6. The front porch also has a table that seats 6. There is one toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs complete with shower. The three upstair bedrooms sleep up to 9 guests: three queen size beds and 3 singles. Linens (sheets, blankets, bath & beach towels) are naturally provided.

The International Airport Prat is about 40 minutes away.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation 1 month prior to arrival will result in half of the deposit returned. Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival will result in just one quarter of the deposit returned. Cancellation 1 week prior to arrival will result in total loss of deposit.
